  • Shipping is currently available within Saudi Arabia only.

⏱ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, order confirmation may be required before shipping.

🚛 Delivery Time

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other regions: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and customer location.

💰 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • A COD service fee of SAR 17 applies to Cash on Delivery orders.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are accurate.

  • TALIA SMART is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect information.

📦 Failed Delivery / Non-Collection

  • Failure to receive an order without a valid reason may result in disabling the COD option for future orders.

🔍 Upon Delivery

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Any shipping-related damage must be reported within 24 hours, along with clear photos.
