✅ Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused

    • In its original condition

    • In the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products due to misuse.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (if applicable).

🔁 Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after verification.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees and COD service fees are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or damage caused by TALIA SMART.

  • In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.
